Reach new fans and drive local ticket purchases by positioning ultimate as the greatest sport you’ve never heard of.
While some people have heard of ultimate frisbee, it’s usually associated with dogs or with barefoot hippies running around a grass field. To change that narrative, I built a social media marketing campaign that blended eye-catching, in-game imagery with powerful copywriting. The goal? Position our women as powerful, game-changing athletes, despite the traditional views of ultimate frisbee.
The outcome: we earned hundreds of new followers and proved that women’s ultimate is a sport worth watching.
