Taylor swift has been a long-time customer of GoFUndMe—making dozens of donations over the years (and also inspiring us to increase our maximum donation amount*).
So when Red (Taylor’s Version) was about to be released, I led the social team as we created a whole campaign to get our brand in on the conversation in a humorous, but relevant, way. The content itself went so viral, GoFundMe was placed in Twitter’s “top trending,” earned organic media coverage, and was praised by Swifties across the internet.
