The big idea.
If gofundme could “own” any holiday, it would probably be world kindness day.
In an effort to more closely associate our brand with the day, we teamed up with Upworthy and musician Hollywood Anderson to create original social content and host a NYC pop-up to spread the word that #WorldKindnessDay should be every day.
This content was part of a larger push to raise awareness of our Kindness Fund—a promotion to give back $100,000 to people fundraising on GoFundMe to perform big and small acts of kindness.
